We were able to spend a couple hours with the young and wise at the Concord Boys & Girls Club. These kids literally run all the time. Since they don’t stop moving, who better to ask running advice from?

They eagerly fidget and bounce around when they are asked to stay still, and they are teeming with smiles when they are given the space and place to vent their excitement for life in general. We can all learn a lot from these kids.

If you are a runner, please register for the 6th Annual Granite State 10 Miler on Sunday, October 9th. The price is only $45 per registration. All of the proceeds from this race benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Central New Hampshire.

Not a runner but you still want to be involved? If you follow the registration link on www.granitestate10.com there will be a second option for DONATION. You can also come on race day to cheer the runners on. Make sure you dress up in outer space costumes to participate in our Martian Party theme!

High five at mile TEN!
