Dear friends of Concord’s running community,

Over the past 10 years, the Granite State Running Team (GSRT) has raised about $75,000 for the Boys & Girls Club of Central NH by hosting this important community event. The Granite State 10 Smiler (GS10), one of Concord’s oldest running road races, is only possible because of support GSRT volunteers have received from businesses like yours.

Notable changes have been made for our 10th year. The race date has moved up to mid-September in order to appeal to registrants of the New England Half Marathon a few weeks later. With the support of the Boys & Girls Club and their offer to run their bus for this event, we can now offer a 5-mile relay registration option. And most excitedly, we have begun planning fundraising events to build excitement for the race and to help raise funds so that we can give a greater amount of proceeds to the Boys & Girls Club of Central NH.

We would greatly appreciate your help in two ways: we would be exceptionally grateful for a monetary donation of any value and/or inkind support such as finishline food and prizes. A tax receipt from the Boys & Girls Club of Central NH will be provided for the value of both options. Donations with a value that exceed $200 can have design inclusion on the race shirts and can have a comp race registration.

Please support our club of about 300 members and our signature race if you can.
